Question for rental property owners

If you own or manage 2-3 bedroom rental properties in ontatio/rancho cucamonga (north of 10 fwy, south of 210), would you be willing to take rents from a program similar to the housing voucher? It's a newer, much smaller voucher program but NOT sec 8. I know the stigma behind the voucher concept, and understand why it's not widely accepted by owners. The process is much faster and approval was expedited. The hard part is acquiring an actual property. I've never needed to find public assistance and help to this degree. But life has screwed me pretty good and I need help to get my feet planted again. Thanks for anything you can do!
