Schedule: Monday – Friday
Part-time 7am-4:30am
Half days or work 3 full days
Wage: $23/hour
Responsibilities would include:
-Coordinating the Application Screening Process – includes working with candidates to schedule phone/video interviews, managing the administrative tasks within our Applicant Tracking System, etc.
-Assisting the HR Generalist in building and monitoring the candidate pipeline for all open positions.
-General HR Administration Tasks - including filing, arranging hotel stays, birthday cards, recognition program administration.
-Training Administration Tasks – Providing administrative assistance that supports our training programs
-Assist with Monthly Employee Engagement Activities – lunches, Potlucks, Parties, Etc.
-Assist with monthly HR reporting, publishing employee rosters, etc.
-Assisting with the Monthly Employee Newsletter
-Assist in the Benefits Administration for new hires and able to direct traffic during Open Enrollment
-Other General Office Administration tasks that are needed: Office supply orders, etc.
Experience and Competencies required to be considered:
-Minimum of 12 months performing similar administrative functions (They don’t need to have specific HR knowledge or experience, but experience with scheduling, organizing, and juggling anything on any given day.)
-Proven to be an excellent written and verbal communicator
-Professional and well spoken
-Good organization skills are required
-Integrity, Confidentiality, and Trustworthy are must-haves. (I’d like to see them have previous experience in positions where they have been exposed to confidential information and had to maintain confidentiality.)
