Need an electrician to help troubleshoot a ground fault

I need an electrician to come by and troubleshoot a grounding fault I have for a EV charger. You need to be good with ground fault and working on a system that has 480 V step down on a transformer to 240.  I think if someone knows what they’re doing, it has a few basic tools and ground clamp meters. They should be able to figure this out in less than an hour. I need someone that’s willing to come by in the morning from either 6 AM to 1 PM Monday through Friday to give this a quick look and figure it out.
