Job Description: - Valve techs will be responsible for, repair, recertification, and maintenance of valves, wellheads, frac trees, and related equipment in shop in Vernal Utah - Techs will tear apart equipment for different phases of work and will clean, grease, reassemble, and re-certify iron to go back into field - Their products are used during frac, flowback, completions, workover, and during drilling operations. Qualifications: - Experience working shop or manufacturing role with large mechanical parts. - Experience with valves or mechanical background in the oil & gas industry a plus but not necessary - Experience working with machines and eager to learn - MUST have a High School Diploma or GED Work Environment: - Shop environment - Long hours 6 days x 12 hours per day - Must be comfortable with being cross-trained Pay : - $21 hour ($31.50/overtime) - 55 to 60 hours a week - $1300 - $1400 a week after Overtime - Exposure to the Oil and Gas industry
