Promoter for one-off event needed- ticket/alcohol sales comission

I am planning a one-off event on November 11, in NYC. It is an art event/party, with live music, a DJ, alcohol sales, and an art gallery. As a promoter, you will get paid 50% of all ticket sales, and 15% of all alcohol sales. The event will allow 100 pre-sales for 15$/ticket, and at-the-door sales for 20$ per ticket.
