Contractor Job A&L Property Preservation LLC is in need of reliable people to perform initial secures, property condition bids, maintenance, grass cuts, and maid services/sales cleans on foreclosed and tenant occupied properties. This can also include trash-outs, board ups, HVAC repair, electrical work, plumbing, roof patching, inspections, damage reporting, tree trimming, mold treatment, pest control, winterizations and de-winterizations. Immediate work is available. You must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting. We are a serious company and are only looking for serious candidates. Individuals who are not serious about having work done efficiently and on time need not respond. We do have our own internal quality control inspector who works daily checking on our properties, so mediocrity won't work! We are looking for reliable contractors who are able to communicate effectively in a timely manner. Email for more details.
