clean out apartment - furniture and trash

I have a 2 bedroom apartment that needs cleaned out located in Point Breeze on Mcpherson street. there is also a building in regent square that has a garage that has some items left over by previous tenant and some branches and brush(about a parking spot size) that needs hauled away. There is no dumpster, contractor is responsible for hauling all trash away by their own vehicles. Bags will be required for lose trash(mostly old mail), but refrigerator needs cleaned out as well.
