Lauren Finch, Natural Resources Educator, will lead a presentation about this fascinating species’ life history followed by a driving tour to watch sandhill cranes fly in from their day-time feeding grounds to their nightly roosting grounds. Cost: Free, $10 suggested donation. Proceeds will be split between Wild Rivers Conservancy and Crex Meadows Wildlife Preserve.
