Looking for a bass player for a project heavily rooted in 60s psychedelic rock like the Pretty Things, Creation, Tomorrow, the Factory, Fleur de Lys, Mike Stuart Span etc. We also love more melodic stuff like the Beatles and Byrds as well as heavy psych, space rock, and demented rock'n'roll a la the Stooges and MC5. Punk aggression mixed with subtlety and hooks, from fuzz freakouts to gentler sounds... with an emphasis on strong, 3 minute songs rather than endless jams. Male, female, nonbinary all cool; ability to sing background/harmony vocals a big plus.
