In this class we’ll cover the basic tenets of Chinese medicine, including the energetic meridians, Yin, Yang, Qi and the seasonal elements. We’ll discuss how you can apply these concepts and practices to live more holistically and healthfully. Discover ways to tap into your energy or Qi (pronounced “chee”), and learn beneficial (and easy) lifestyle practices to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. We’ll also cover how some common health conditions can be improved using Chinese Medicine.
You’ll leave with an understanding of what Chinese Medicine is (hint - it’s more than just acupuncture!), how it can help you overcome health challenges and how to easily incorporate it into your daily life.
