This class is free to attend and open to the public. We will give you a comprehensive understanding of the entire home buying process as well as provide information on the Washington State Commission's first mortgage programs, and downpayment assistance. We will provide you with the certificate that is needed to use any of the WSHFC programs. Most walk away from this class empowered with clear understanding of the next steps. Seating is limited so register soon. Light snacks will be provided and you may bring in your own snacks as well. You must stay for the entire class to receive your certificate of completion. This class is accepted by all affordable housing loan programs as meeting or exceeding educational requirements.
