We welcome you to Crystal Hot Springs where you can experience the natural healing properties of the hot springs enhanced with spiritual yoga, sound bath, and Reiki. In addition to the cost of the event, you will receive a discounted rate at the hot springs. It will be $10 per person for regular entrance or $12 per person with a slide pass. Just mention to the cashier that you are part of the Seraphic Sounds group for the discounted rate.We are meeting on the lawn on the west side of Crystal Hot Springs at 3:00 PM for yoga. Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable.What to expect - Chakra balancing yoga on the lush green lawn. Chakra clearing sound bath during yoga. Supportive Reiki and drumming during yoga. Healing in the hot springs with a sound bath and Reiki. Personal time in the hot springs. Light snacks to restore your electrolytes. Come with your intentions to relax, release, or receive. This is an outdoor event - so be sure to bring everything you need to enjoy the yoga and the hot springs. This event is for all ages and experience levels. Reiki is holistic - it works on the body, mind and spirit by stimulating a person’s own natural healing abilities. The blocked emotional and physical elements that lead to illness and disease are cleared. Reiki is neither positive nor negative; it is in fact the highest and most profound vibration of life. Divine in origin, it allows us all to become one with all things alive in our world. Reiki is pure unconditional love and joy bringing all who experience and embrace its principles together in harmony. Spiritual Yoga - is an ancient form of bringing our bodies, minds, and souls to a greater state of well being through a series of intentional movements. Sound Healing/Therapy - is an ancient technique of easing the negative energies from our bodies by using specific sounds and frequencies. Some instruments - Crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American Flutes Please be sure to secure your spot prior to the event so we can make sure we have enough food for all participants.
