Horseback Riding, Equine-Assisted Therapy, and Horse Care

Description

This is a VERY special event and one we have been working really hard to pull-off. We are teaming up with the non-profit, Horse's Valhalla, to create an opportunity for teens to create positive memories, ride horses, and have a fun, healing, connected day. We have arranged to have professionals present to assist the teens every step of the way from horseback riding and equine-assisted therapy to horse care (grooming, knot tying, haltering, walking). We will be providing lunch and snacks for everyone in attendance. Every teen will have the opportunity to participate in all of these things, in small groups, if it is something they want to do. We wish we could provide this for an unlimited number of teens. The nature of this event is limiting the number of teens to 30. If you think your teen(s) can benefit from this, please sign up as soon as possible. We have worked hard to raise money so this event will be FREE for every teen who comes.
