Life is meant to be lived to its fullest and lived well. Join Wel at Humana and other individuals each month as we turn up the intensity with our community fitness series. Come experience something new with us as we move together – good vibes and good brews for all. Our Yoga & Brews at Ten20 Brewery have been a huge hit and this month we want to round out the year with one more! The cost to attend? Giving. Each month, we’ll be choosing a non-profit organization of our choice to bring awareness to. This month is Dare To Care. While this is a free event, we ask for all participants to bring a non-perishable food item to drop in our Dare to Care donation box at the venue. If you're feeling extra generous, you can help fight food insecurity in Kentuckiana even more by donating to Dare to Care HERE. The Humana Foundation is partnering up with us again for this event and we need you to help us maximize the positive impact! Here is how we do that: + If we get 45 people to attend, the Humana Foundation will donate an additional $1000 to Dare To Care. + The Humana Foundation will also increase their donation amount for every food donation box we fill at the event. So bring those non-perishable food items with you. Heck, bring a whole shopping cart if you want! You can find a list of the most needed items HERE. Intensity will vary between poses throughout class.Class will offer movement modifications.Attendees will need to bring their own Yoga mat. Please bring a towel and a water bottle if needed.Attendees are encouraged to hang out at Ten20 following the event. There are no discounts available for food and beverage.
