The African American Museum at the State Fair of Texas is the epicenter of African American Culture, especially for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and it's surrounding community. Join us, September 30 - October 1, 2022, for the opening of the State Fair, during the kick-off for the State Fair Classic weekend in Dallas, Texas. Each year, the State Fair of Texas attracts over 2.5 - 3 million attendees each year. To add, the State Fair Classic weekend, which opens up the 1st day of the fair, brings in roughly over 2 million attendees, who contribute approximately $8.5 million in economic impact to the City of Dallas.
