Join Soul|Light Ecotherapy for a full moon forest bath and night hike in honor of the October full moon! Come for community, ritual, and time to reflect in nature. Night time offers a unique energy to engage the senses and connect with intuition. We'll take a guided night-hike to an amazing viewpoint where we'll gather for reflection, meditation, and council-style sharing over tea and candlelight. All ages, identities, and backgrounds are warmly welcome... we thrive in diversity! Note on Accessibility: Our hike will be about two miles round trip, in the dark (at least on the return walk). There are some parts that are quite steep and can be slippery, so please bear that in mind when you assess if this event is right for you, and plan to wear sturdy/supportive shoes! Note on COVID: Since this event is outdoors, there is no mask requirement. Folks who are extra sensitive or at risk w/ COVID can reach out to discuss their needs with me beforehand. I want to make this accessible to as many people as possible!
