As a coach, I’ve observed that joint pain is a limiting factor in one’s ability to reach goals they desire. Reducing and eliminating the physical pain opens up the so many possibilities!
Whether it’s attaining a certain physique, reaching other fitness goals, or simply feeling good doing the things you want on a daily basis—the more control you have, the more freedom you have.
