Schedule Time: Mon- Friday 5-1:30am (flexible weekends) General Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): • General Cleaning Skills • Arrive at the property on time and professionally ready to perform job duties. • Use custodial equipment, supplies, and take proper cleaning procedures • Vacuum, sweep and mop • Heavy physical exertion: To lift, bend, stoop and/or move 40-50 pounds • Cleaning, repairing and maintenance of carpets and floors include but are not limited to scrub, polish, wax, mopping, sweeping, and extracting to follow SMM Facilities safety program. • Use custodial equipment, supplies, and take proper cleaning procedures for various floor and carpet maintenance • Operates wet vacuum, auto scrubber, extractor, pressure washer, high speed buffer, steam cleaner, and other equipment to properly clean and maintain floors and carpets • Work with vinyl flooring, vinyl composite tile (VCT), rubber, linoleum, ceramic flooring, and more. Requirements & Qualifications: • Must be COVID Vaccinated + Booster • Reliable transportation, non-expired driver's license, and clean driving record • Cleaning/Janitorial experience: Training Available • Self-motivated, as well as ability to work in a team environment. • Must be organized and able to follow a schedule. • Learn and train on safety and company policies and procedures.
