Join me on Sunday morning, 20 November 2022, for a blissful immersion into the essence of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. We will begin with a brief introduction on Bhakti Yoga, followed by chanting, pranayama, a Vinyasa Flow practice, meditation, and a closing chant. The class will last approximately 2 hours. Afterwards, I hope you will hang out for a while for enjoy some delicious chai and community connection.
I tend to leave these types of practices with a deeper sense of devotion, connection, gratitude, and joy. I think you will too.
