Calling all aspiring Sommeliers and Bordeaux wines connoisseurs! Join us at the Pastides Alumni Center for a Valentines/galentines/palentines themed Bordeaux Wine Tasting hosted by UofSC HRSM Associate Professor and Director of the Wine and Beverage Institute, Dr. Sandy Strick. Sandy will take participants through a wine tasting of five Bordeaux wines and educate attendees on each wine with a Q&A throughout. During the class, participants will taste five different Bordeaux wines with small bites and learn about the origins of each wine. Ticket sales close January 25 at midnight or when the event is sold out (capped at 50 attendees). Attendees must be 21+. Please bring your ID to participate in the tasting.Ticket refunds will not be issued for this event.Parking convenient to the Pastides Alumni Center is available in the Park Street city parking garage (parking fees apply). Several city parking garages are located in the vicinity. Garages/parking spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
