The Southern Cultural Heritage Center (SCHC) presents “Cooking with Campbell.” We are so excited to have Matthew Campbell share his culinary experience with the Vicksburg community. Matthew will present “Cooking with Campbell” on Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 5:30-7:30 pm, demonstrating Nicoise Salad, White Fish with Apples and Cider, Beef Bourguignon, and Tarte Tatin for dessert! Don’t miss this one! Matthew Campbell is from Vicksburg, Ms. After completing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Mississippi, he completed culinary school at the French Culinary Institute in 2011. Campbell has been working with the Hinds Community College Culinary program since 2015. Campbell is happy to be back in Vicksburg and we are excited to have him involved here at SCHC. Registration is $40 per person and includes all supplies. Space is limited and reservations are required.
