Calling all faith leaders interested in affordable housing! CommunityWorks is inviting you to a FREE Faith-Based Development Financing Intensive on October 8th from 8:30am - 12pm at the new CommunityWorks Learning Center at JudHub in Judson Mill. We are partnering with a third-party, consultant, FA Johnson of P.A.S.T.O.R.S. to lead this training. The goal is to help faith leaders working to step into the world of affordable housing and/or community economic development. This intensive is designed for church leaders who have property or are working to acquire property for development. The training will provide a broad overview of what ​leaders in the faith community can do as it relates to property owned, community/commercial development, and affordable housing - and talk broadly about the logistics of financing projects. 8:30-9am will be dedicated to breakfast and networking. Registration is limited to 50 people. We ask that no more than 4 members per church or faith organization register.
