Sprints, product owners, backlogs, oh my! Want to learn more about scrum? Think scrum only exists in rugby? Work in tech or project management and want to learn more? Join Diane, PSM I, to get the basics of the scrum framework and how it can help you manage complex projects/problems. At the end of the session, participants will have a basic understanding of scrum. She currently serves as a project manager at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center and, specifically as the scrum coach for two technical & research teams with the Human Bimolecular Altas Program.
