The goal of ‘MINDSET Monday’ is to create a space for us to come together and combine yoga, journaling and meditation (and other wellness practices) as healthy tools that will ultimately benefit our mind, body and soul. We will explore tools to help us navigate the week and set yourself for success.
Every week we will discuss different topics, and explore different practices of yoga, meditation and journaling. Our sessions always include some sharing and connecting with the group in meaningful and fullfulling ways. Safe space for all.
Please bring your own mat, water, pen and paper, and an open heart. ❤️
