Tomar Williams got his start singing lead on the Chitlin Circuit with his family band, spent decades as a keyboardist and backup vocalist (Latasha Lee and the Black Ties, Hot Butter Rhythm), and is an experienced hip-hop producer (Carnival Beats, Mike Jones, Big Moe).
