Sweet male cat under 2 years

We have a sweet male cat under 2 years old that would have a better life with new owners :( He's playful and loves to get head/chin scratches. He is neutered and up to date on shots. I believe he has a microchip as well. I can give you all his paperwork. Super sweet and loving, but my older dog is no longer tolerating him in her space. He would love a house with other cats! He loves to play with cats when we take him to visit family. This is a hard decision as we love him very much, but I believe he will be happier in a house where he is not chased off any time he wants human interaction. He would also be happier with other cats to play with. He's very laid back and has a sweet little voice. Loves to play with his wand toys and would love the little balls if my dog didn't steal all of them. He LOVES catnip. He will come with his cat tree if you'd like it (in fairly good condition and he is attached to it), his litter box, carrier, food, all of the toys we have for him, one bag of crystal cat litter, and one bag of walnut cat litter. Rehoming fee of $45 because I need to make sure he is going to a good home.
