Fall is in the air! Time to celebrate with warm treats and cozy fun! Head over to the Morning Star Lot on Renova St. & 2nd Ave. for FREE Fun Fall Activities : horse-drawn hay rides from Misty Lane Farms Performance Horsesface painting with Beanie Paintscostume contest with fun prizesarts & craftstunes and beats with MC Bunhunnidfree fall food favorites, sweets, and treatscomplimentary warm drinks like cider and hot chocolatepumpkin carvingRSVPs are encouraged, but not required. You are also able to sign up ahead of time for the costume contest using the RSVP button. This event is free for everyone to attend and all are welcome! Driving to the event? Please park in the lot at Vespucius St. and Second Avenue, or along Second Avenue. The CLP is holding a Community Halloween Event at the library from 2pm - 4pm with free treats and food, music, and games. Hazelwood Local encourages you to spend the afternoon at the library and then head over and spend your evening at the Fall Minifest! There will be a free horse-drawn carriage that can take you from the library's Community Halloween Event over to the Fall Minifest at approx. 4:15pm.
