Looking for a dependable, experienced handyman to help with ongoing projects at my house: remove tile and carpet, haul construction debris and trash away, interior painting, basic maintenance and ongoing yard work/landscaping. Can be charged hourly, by project or an ongoing contract for a certain number of hours per month. Just want good, dependable work done for a fair price. I work from home so the work can be done during the day or some nights. Very flexible with scheduling time. The bulk of work will start in 2-3 weeks, but I'm looking to schedule someone now so we can start with some some smaller projects to see quality and work style.
Please provide your preferred rates, either hourly, day or by block of hours, along with your area of skills and experience. Local and recent references and clean criminal background required. I will not respond if you only say you're available.
