I'm putting together a group of actors and writers in North New Jersey to meet about once a month to read some original scripts out loud. This will be in-person (not Zoom) at cafes around towns like Pompton Lakes, Wayne, Oakland, Mahwah etc. Because they will take place in the suburbs, a car is a must. So if you live in Hoboken or Jersey City and don't have transportation, you're better off looking for groups in NYC. No flakes, serious inquiries only, experience a plus but not necessary. Readings MAY lead to acting opportunities but it is not the main goal. The purpose is to form a community of like-minded artists that want to collaborate.
