I need a house cleaned out- an estate

A client died and there are eight rooms of furniture, and I need the house cleaned out. There are all kinds of good stuff but no "antiques." Whomever gets the gig must remove everything (except the piano) and can conduct a yard sale there or whatever, but must agree to throw anything not sold into the dumpster so the house can be sold. Make a proposal as to division of proceeds. I have photos available and I can show the place to serious inquiries. Thanks,
