Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform cleaning turnovers for new renters. Perform routine maintenance tasks in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining and living rooms. Organize custodial closets and spaces as well as doing light inventories Maintain a positive attitude  ​Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is a plus!
