We are in search of a dedicated and detailed oriented cleaner/housekeeper for a short-term rental unit. We have one current full time short-term rental unit with another on the way, ideal for someone looking to grow their time and income. Responsibilities Performs light cleaning duties including: -Clean and turn units -Replace and change/wash linens -Clean/mop floors, surface, knobs, etc. -Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms -Follow general cleaning checklist -Take stock of replies -Follow supply checklist -Note any missing items and report so that we can purchase replacements -Do routine sweeps and cleans -Report any issues or missing/damaged items -Ensure trash cans are taken care of, parking lot and common areas are clear of trash and debris, and kept neat Qualifications -At least 1-2 years experience with short-term rental/Airbnb cleaning. -Flexible schedule between 11am-4pm. This position could even be for a dedicated individual looking for consistent part-time work with good pay. We are looking for someone who cares about quality as much as we do and has an eye for detail. Come help us establish a property with an excellent reputation and achieve some flexibility in your work schedule as well! Hourly rate starts at $25 and deep cleans are $37.5/hour.
