Foothold builds high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective homes out of our manufacturing facility in Butte, MT. We are looking for someone to join our on-site team, ensuring that the final details of each project are carried out with attention to detail, client satisfaction, and safety in mind. This work is for the final 20% of each project, building exterior awnings and decks, buttoning up siding and flashing, and interior finish trim completion, painting, and patching as necessary. Foothold is a small scrappy company committed to building homes for members of the greater Gallatin Valley better than traditional onsite construction. We are looking for someone who will think creatively, work hard, and help us problem-solve the hurdles of a new business.
