Looking for a laundry wash and fold specialist. We will provide all required training. English speaking is helpful but not required. Must be responsible and reliable. Must be able to work neatly and fast. Position Summary: Responsible for the washing, drying, folding of all residential and commercial laundry orders Essential Functions: 1. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry orders. 2. Properly use all soaps, chemicals and equipment for cleaning linen and towels. 3. Clean laundry equipment; vent screens, drain traps and lint filters. 4. Input laundry orders into software 5. Accurate, quality & fast work. 7. Keep the laundry room, housekeeping office and housekeeping storage areas clean and organized. 8. Expedite the laundry orders for delivery. 10. Notify Laundry Manager of any issues with the laundry Additional Responsibilities: - Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the owner, including, but not limited to, these contained in the employee handbook. - The company processes orders Mon-Sat. Schedule must accommodate delivery time windows. Laundry order demands fluctuate daily. Education and Experience Previous housekeeping and laundry experience preferred Skills and Abilities: - Ability to lift heavy items - Ability to stand for most of the shift - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
