Noble based lawn maintenance/landscape company is looking for a crew leader/foreman who is currently working in the landscape industry. We are primarily a landscape company. Hardscaping such as pools, pergolas, patios, firepits, etc. General construction knowledge is a plus. We also have a handful of full service clients whom we mow for as well as servicing all of their landscape needs. So, the position may require some mowing as well. We are looking for someone for the long term, who is looking to advance within the company and move to a more management oriented position. The ability to interact with our clients is also highly important. Leadership, organization skills, basic computer skills, self motivation,team player, and a strong willingness to learn new skills are expected. Pay is negotiable and completely based on 1. your work related experience. 2. your abilities 3. Your attitude. Must have at least 5 years of verifiable commercial lawn and landscape care experience with positive work reference. (mowing for a friend or family doesn't count) Must have current, valid driver's license with no DUIs in the last 3 years. Must be able to run crew of 2-3 Must be able to follow directions fully. Must be able to read, write and comprehend English written instructions. Must be skilled in commercial mowers, weed eaters, etc. Must be willing to be on call for snow plow service for 24 hrs during inclement weather. This is a mandatory stipulation for the position. This is a smoke free work environment. No smoking in company vehicles, on company property, or at customer job sites. This includes Vapes. This is not a temporary position, you will work all year. Some overtime will be required.
