I'm a commercial real estate broker in Howard County, Maryland. We have several hundred office buildings in the county, and I am compiling a database of them. I have most of the information that I need from information databases that I subscribe to, but the lists of tenants in these buildings on our industry databases are horrible. I need someone to just go to these buildings and give me a list of the tenants in each building that are actually there. For instance, if it's a four story building with five suites on each floor, take the elevator up to the fourth story and write down the name of the company and the suite number that they are in. For instance, "ABC Company is in suite 401, DEF Company is in suite 402, GHI Company is in suite 403, and JKL Company is in suite 404". Then, take the elevator down to the third floor and do the same thing there until you have listed every tenant in the building and their suite numbers. Then, move on to the next building. You can do this on your own time as long as you do it at an hour when you can get into the buildings. It is not enough to just take a photo of the lobby directory. They are often wrong, and I will be spot-checking your work. This is a good gig for someone in high school or college who wants to make extra money.
