We are looking for a maintenance person for our apartments that we own. The position will be working with the property manager(s) and fixing common problems with apartments. Things include general electrical, plumbing, fixing appliances, paint, drywall, concrete wall patches, and etc. Part of the job will be help other maintenance staff with moving furniture, appliances, building materials, lawn/snow care, and etc. We have multiple apartments throughout Rochester, so you will have to have your own vehicle to drive between places. Depending on qualifications and experience, this job could become our head maintenance position and oversee the other maintenance workers. Qualifications needs to be able to be self motivated, hard working, detailed oriented. Must have a drivers license, mode of transportation, and preferably have their own tools. This job is a Monday - Friday job, with on call in case of emergency. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications and the pay rate is between $12/hr - $25/hr with possible bonuses. Responsibility: Maintain the apartments to good working order. Flip apartments when they come open. Work well with other staff members and residents. Be able to be flexible with multiple work orders.
