We are hiring an additional person to join our quickly growing property care team! Are you the type of person who takes pride in the work, Enjoys doing varied tasks, and has a high attention to detail. Then this position is for you! This position is working for a local family run business based out of Boulder, CO maintaining their various properties. Flexible Work Days with Hours from10am-4pm with shifts available 7 days a week! Select your own shifts with a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Reliable transportation required. Must be able to pass a background check. Duties can include but are not limited to: - Regular House cleaning - residential 2-3 times per week (3 Airbnb Properties) - Gardening - Laundry - Painting - Job site clean up - Interior staging - Organization projects Our team culture is easygoing and very team oriented. We deeply value our team and enjoy making a quality work environment. The management at the company provides snacks, drinks and meals for special occasions or when working on long projects. All team members are given full access to the tools and supplies they need to work efficiently. Starting pay: $18/hour Additional increases based on performance and reliability.
