Looking for a Dog

I’m looking for a well-behaved dog to join my family. My wife and I don’t have kids and don’t plan to. However we have three cats that have grown up with other animals. We both have owned dogs, big and small, since we were both kids. And we feel that we are now ready to bring one into our home again. To clarify a few things - We do own our home. So no landlords or pet restrictions to worry about. It is a big condo with lots of space but we do not have a yard. However, there is plenty of trails and parks/dog parks around us. We both work full time but our careers allow us a well balanced work/family lifestyle so we would have time for an active dog. What we are looking for - Older dog between 1-4 years of age. Male or Female. Well behaved - not overly hyper. Fixed/Spayed Basic training / potty trained. Update to date on shots. Preferably medium to small breed but open to any breeds so long as they meet all the preferences above. We have been looking at Shelters and Rescues for months now and still haven’t found the one. We are just widening our search with is post. I’m very picky when it comes to bringing a new furry family member into our home, so please don’t expect me to immediately take the dog home after one meet and greet. I’m willing to offer $200 as an adoption/rehoming fee. If we might be the right fit, please let me know. Thank you.
