Holman Logistics Shift Lead FULL-TIME $18/hr 2859 Salisbury Rd, Richmond, IN 47374 To train new hires to assigned shift. Must be able to train every function in the facility to include equipment. Will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation of all training records. In the lead role you will follow up on proper processes and assist in the execution of the daily business. Coach, and participate in the work of the team. Observe training needs and relay training needs and requests to the shift supervisor. At times you may be called upon to run the shift.
