WestRock General Labor Associate FULL-TIME $18/hr 2020 Production Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46241 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Identifying and placing the correct carton(s) into the feed hopper to convert into individual pieces - Reading job ticket then preparing and feeding the correct cartons into machine. - Assisting operator with all make readies. - Receiving product from end of machine and packing according to job ticket. - Performing visual inspection of cartons for any defects while feeding and packing cartons. - Verifying case count. - Maintaining cleanliness of work area. - Performing other job duties as assigned. Wage $15.00/hr. to $17.00/hr. depending on experience Schedule - Shift start: 6:00PM - Shift length: 12 hours Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - MUST BE AVAILABLE to work a rotating shift – 3 days on 4 days off / 4 days on 3 days off. - - 6PM to 6AM - Meticulous attention to details, extremely thorough and adept at detecting errors Highly efficient in time management to effectively manage multiple priorities - Ability to work any shift and overtime as required including weekend and holiday work - Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 25 lbs About WestRock WestRock Company manufactures and sells paper and packaging solutions for the consumer and corrugated markets in North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
