We are seeking a talented Vegan Chef to take over an operating venue with a full kitchen on 3rd Street in Beverly Hills. This chef will execute the following: Purchase food/supplies Prep Food Cook Food Execute all delivery apps Cleaning We are seeking someone willing to invest time and money for food and additional kitchen help in exchange for a % of the gross sales. You will NOT have to pay rent, electric, insurance or any other bills but what's listed above. Great opportunity for someone looking to open their own kitchen, who does not have the funds to spend Hundreds of thousands on a buildout and high rent. We will assist in marketing, promotions, setting up all the apps for you, and we have some events with built in audiences. When this venue was Jack N Jills it did 100K a month in food sales only opened for Breakfast and Lunch. 100K would be 35K for you the Chef Partner. Since we are in Beverly Hills, our prices are high so the food cost will be minimal. Send a resume, and cover letter for consideration.
