Looking for a roots reggae drummer!

We are an established rub a dub reggae band and are looking for a drummer that is very familiar with the stylings of 70s/80s roots and rub a dub reggae specifically. Please no cali reggae, or reggae rock stylings. We are not looking to teach/train reggae style to a new drummer either, so please know the style! We play paid gigs (nothing crazy yet) and are building momentum to do more bigger shows very soon. We practice Thursday nights!
