Looking for Engineer with plumber/ electrical background

We have a mushroom farm and are looking for someone that can think outside of the box and help us with projects to expand our farm. Project 1: We have a sterilization system that is comprised of a steam generator (50 amps) that is piped into a steel trough. We just got some polypropylene plastic agriculture bins that we want instead of our steel trough (time to upgrade) and add more water lines and piping and steam generators so we can have sterilizers going on at the same time. This is for a plumber that is not just residential. Someone who has other skills and can really bring these ideas to light and can even make the ideas better. Project 2: We have a shipping container that we use as our fruiting room to grow our mushrooms. There is a fine atomized misting system that runs up and down on both sides of the shipping container. We need to pipe in neem oil into the misting system to decrease our fly issues. Ideally, there would be reservoirs filled with different liquids that are attached to the water source and a timer and parts of those liquids get mixed with water and go through the misting system. Project 3: There is a gantry, electric hoist, and trolley that need to be installed. One of the trolleys was installed but its uneven and our last handyman abandoned this job. So we need someone to finish it. We are looking for someone very proficient and professional. You must have lots of experience and very capable of engineered solutions and ideas. We are a growing farm and need someone who is available to help us upgrade and expand. Must have an engineer type brain and a jack of all trades kind of person.
