In Need of Mother's Helper/Babysitter

Hi. I'm looking for someone who can help entertain and look after my two kids while I'm working from home. They're both young, 2.5 years old and 8 months old, and would need diligent and thoughtful care. The 2.5 year old in particular needs constant pro-active entertainment and inspiration to do activities. She won't just play on her own. And I don't like screen time. The 8 month old is pretty chill and likes to be held or crawl on the floor. Occasionally I'll be able to keep the baby with me and you would just be with the toddler. I'll always be available to feed the baby when she gets hungry, but you may need to get drinks/snacks for the toddler or occasionally make her a simple meal. We have an outdoor space to play outside, or indoors obviously also. Like I said I'll always be at home and available for any questions, emergencies, or baby feedings, but for the most part I really need to be left alone to work. Ideally I would like someone with ample babysitting experience of young kids. Responsible teenagers would be fine. Also, mothers with similarly aged kids could bring her child/children if it's the right fit for all of us. It would be great to find someone who speaks another language or has a skill that they may be able to introduce to my toddler. Being dependable is very important. We're located in Newton. I would need the help 2x per week in the afternoon for about 3 hours at a time. Possibly at night also. I can pay between $15-$20 depending on the person and their experience level/ability to teach my kid something cool.
