Servers/Utility Workers Worthington Christian Village is a great place to work offering a total ministry to the senior adults of Central Ohio. Our dietary department is currently looking for full and part time servers and Utility staff. No late night shifts and flexible scheduling available. May have weekend-only work available also. Some of the responsibilities of the server position includes: -Assist residents and guest with seating and selection of menu items. -Great customer service. -Side work in between dining hours. -Bus dishes as necessary. Some of the responsibilities of the utility position includes: -Maintain the flow of dishes coming in from the dining room and running them through the dish machine -Clean, sweep, and mop all kitchen areas -Maintain, clean, and organized stockrooms and paper goods area -Maintains a clean and organized environment for all refrigerator and freezer units -Regularly breaks down boxes and takes out trash -Assists in transporting food items to assigned floors when needed - Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more Benefits Include: -Flexible work schedule -Working with the elderly -Learn valuable customer service and job skills -Paid Holidays -FT employees have medical, dental, vision, and life available 1st of the month after 30 days and PTO after 6 months
