Structural Engineer Needed for Hot Tub on Balcony

Looking for a licensed structural engineer to calculate what may be needed to add a hot tub on our balcony. Attached are photos of the underneath, but will need someone local to come and take a look, then tell us what needs to be done in order to make sure the balcony can handle the extra weight (maybe needs nothing)... Please make sure to leave a price and contact information. I have not listed a price as I am not sure how much time this will take, so leaving it up to you to give a bid. Must be able to sign off for hoa-this is why asking for a licensed engineer. Thanks.
