Looking for a Maintenance Tech for our small property management office. We have part time and full time positions available. We manage single family homes and multi family units around valley. Maintenance Techs start at $25.00 with benefits that include gas allowance, vacation pay, sick pay, 401K, medical, dental and vision coverage. Maintenance Technicians perform the day-to-day upkeep and repairs of our properties which include unit turns, service repairs, and preventative maintenance. We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who is well rounded with experience in framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting. Must have a reliable vehicle, trucks a plus, and auto insurance.
