We are a vendor for a property management company seeking dependable, independent subcontractors to help us complete work orders for small home repairs. We need people that know a little bit about everything. The list of work orders we receive include, but are not limited to minor plumbing/electrical, appliance repair and replacement, landscaping, paint, HVAC, minor roof repairs, tree trimming and removal, pest control and minor carpentry. We are looking for subcontractors that can handle MULTIPLE work orders and have IMMEDIATE availability.
