Job Description Hours: 6:00-3:00 (Saturdays as needed for business needs) • PPE Requirements: Boots, Hard Hat, High Visual Vest, Safety glasses. • Equipment requirements: Will train for skid steer operation. Shingle Receiving Attendant Job Description: 1. Receiving attendant must be kind and courteous, you are working with our #1 incoming customers 2. Direct traffic for best placement of shingle loads 3. Assist customers with load dumping if needed 4. Direct customer where to place their debris, recyclables and pallets 5. Check loads for unacceptable materials and for cleanliness of loads 6. Communicate with the scale house attendant if extra charges have incurred 7. Notify supervisor when yard needs to be pushed, to make room for more incoming shingles 8. Sweep the yard with the skid steer 9. Clean loads that may have debris in them 10. Stack pallets if needed, try to nicely get the customer to do it themselves 11. Keep dumpster area clean, and notify supervisor when the dumpsters need to be replaced 12. During slow time, keep area clean, walk the roadway picking up debris as needed, empty receptacles in office and around office area and break room
